The goal of this course is to provide human care regulators information related to conducting investigations, collecting evidence, making decisions, determining rule violations, offering technical assistance, managing complaints, etc.

*Ethics in Regulatory Licensing
The goal of this course is to provide an introduction to ethical behaviors regulators should demonstrate as they engage in licensing activities, communication with consumers, their families, licensed facilities, the community, and colleagues.

*Human Care Regulation and Licensing
The goal of this course is to provide an introduction to the purpose and historical significance of human care regulation and how it has evolved over the years. Additionally, the course includes an overview of the phases of licensure.
